I started off as a young trainee back in 2000 and was quickly headhunted by a large local independent agent where I spent the next few years. Over the years I have managed and run various departments for agents across the city until I opened my own estate agency back in 2017.
The property market has changed significantly as has the retail sector on how people choose to buy and sell. I remember people queuing at the door on a Saturday morning waiting to be the first to arrange to viewing on the ‘hot new listing’.
Nowadays everything is available at the touch of a button with property portals, agents’ websites, and social media. Agents can now operate 24/7 and my business is centred around ensuring that we are available when clients and buyers need me.
I will be on hand 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends to be able to give you the best advice, and marketing.
